The chic apartment features in a 7-storey residence with lift access and private parking space. From its quiet, yet convenient location a host of local amenities are within a 3-5 minutes’ walk away, whilst the lakeside centre of Lugano is reachable on foot within 10-15 minutes.

Guests are placed 3-5 minutes’ walk away from a host of local eateries, bus links and a supermarket. For business travellers and visiting lecturers, the regional hospital and Swiss Italian University are both 5 minutes’ walk away.

The beautiful lake city of Lugano offers the perfect setting from which to soak up a year-round getaway; with world restaurants, designer shops, cultural sites, art galleries, a casino, sports activities, lidos, a buzzing nightlife and visitor attractions all waiting to be enjoyed. The lakeside centre is reachable on foot within 10-15 minutes. The apartment also offers proximity to both Lugano airport (16 minutes’ taxi ride) and Milan Malpensa International airport (71 minutes’ drive).

The local scenic hiking routes, regional ski resorts and delights of Lake Lugano, Ticino and nearby Lake Como are also within easy reach, enabling guests to enjoy a fun and varied year-round stay!
