Bedrooms:
Two bedrooms and a sleeping area in the living room. A spacious bedroom with a large double bed, wardrobe and desk. Another bedroom with a bunk bed (2x 90cm), a cupboard, a table with chairs. Separate access to the hotel garden. Additional sleeping options in the living room with a double bed. A child's cot is available on request.

Living room:
Bright living room with dining area, kitchen area (raised location), sleeping area with double bed and a sofa bed (140 cm, suitable for 1-2 adults or 2 children), two chairs, a flat-screen TV without cable connection (Internet TV) and a Bluetooth speaker. Dining area with wooden table (100 x 160-200 cm) and 4-8 chairs.

Kitchen:
The open kitchen is fully equipped and has an electric cooker (4 cooking zones) with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, orange juicer, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, juicer, kettle, a Raclette oven and a Fondue Caquelon.

Bathroom:
The apartment has two bathrooms. One bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and a cupboard. Another bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Both bathrooms are equipped with a towel warmer. There is also a separate toilet.

Other:
Access to the garden (facing east and south) with panoramic views. The garden has a large wooden table and garden furniture with sunshade. Garage available on request (also for bicycles/e-bikes etc.).

Comfortable "Piz Fess" apartment above the beautiful, quiet farming village of Waltensburg, near mountain meadows and forest. This apartment was renovated in 2023 and is located on the ground floor of a hotel building. The apartment has two bedrooms and a combined living and sleeping area and its own private garden facing south with a wonderful view of the Signina massif over Ilanz and Obersaxen on the opposite side of the Vorderrhein valley. Waltensburg - "Vuorz" in Romansh - is situated on a sunny south-facing plateau high above the Vorderrhein valley. It is a small farming village (around 350 inhabitants) that has carefully guarded and preserved its original character. The church in Waltensburg is world-renowned thanks to the frescoes by the "Waltensburg Master" from the 14th century. The church is regularly used for concerts.

The village is ideal for hikers and in winter, together with the neighbouring villages of Brigels and Andiast, it has a varied and popular ski area (1,100-2,400 metres). By arrangement, it is possible to use the shuttle service from Hotel Clarezia to the ski lift in winter, subject to sufficient capacity (3 minutes). In spring, summer or autumn, the hotel takes its guests on hiking excursions in the surrounding area (and back) with its own hotel bus.
