No through traffic. All shopping and sports facilities within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Internet access (fibre optic cable). The house is well maintained and the very complete furnishings are regularly renewed. In winter, snow is regularly cleared from the street and forecourt. In summer, garden furniture (deckchairs, dining table, chairs and parasol) and a charcoal barbecue are available.
