Spacious 145m2 flat. Kitchen open to dining room, dining table for 8. Large living room with fireplace and access to balcony. TV, DVD player, internet and free WLAN. The kitchen is fully equipped. One bedroom with two separate beds that can be put together and a large wardrobe. En-suite bathroom with bath, shower, double washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. Shower and separate toilet.
Bedding, bath/shower/kitchen towels and bathrobe available.
Large private balcony facing south with magnificent views of the Matterhorn and the village.
A 15-minute walk from the railway station, in a sunny and quiet location with an unobstructed view of Zermatt and the Matterhorn, lies our apartment block built in 2010 (plan square C7). The village centre with its countless shopping facilities and the old village centre, which is well worth seeing, is just a few minutes away. The Gornergratbahn cable car, the Sunneggabahn valley station and the bus stop are also within easy walking distance, both of which are served by a lift located around 150 metres above our house. In winter you can ski from the Sunnegga-Rothorn ski area almost to the front door and in summer you can start your hikes directly from the house.
