Description of the holiday rental
Spacious, newly built 2 bedroom apartment with a floor area of 113 m2 featuring two double beds for 4 people. From the apartment, its surrounding balcony, and the small private garden there is a great view of the mountains. It is equipped modernly with two bathrooms (shower/toilet and bathtub/toilet), a fireplace, and a quality kitchen with all needed facilities such as a ceramic glass stovetop, oven, dishwasher, fridge plus freezer, Fondue and and a "Delizio" capsule coffee machine.
For the first rental day a starter set with a garbage bag, coffee capsules, soap, and shampoo are provided.
The living room features an LCD screen with international cable TV and a DVD player as well as free wireless.
After a strenuous day, the in-house, luxury, and free wellness facility (sauna, whirlpool, and Hamam) invites you for a visit.

The Casa Della Vita is located in the very popular Winkelmatten area in a quiet spot. The house was built in 2010 and offers luxurious living in the middle of the breathtaking mountains of Zermatt. Within a short 5-minute walk you can reach the nearest grocery store and the bus stop and within 10 minutes you are at the bottom station of the Matterhorn Express which is the main cable car to the skiing area, the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, and the summer hiking trails. It takes a 15-minute walk to get to the town center with its wide selection of bars, shops, and restaurants. In the common rooms of the house, you'll find an outstandingly equipped wellness area with a sauna, whirlpool, and Hamam (steam room) as well as a storage room for your skis.
Tourist taxes are not included.
