The house is slightly set back from the hardly frequented neighbourhood road and is surrounded by traditional Engadine houses. In the immediate vicinity are: free car park, national park museum, family pool with wellness area, ice rink, start of the 90 km long cross-country ski trail (day and night), minigolf course. The village centre with COOP, Denner, Hatecke, etc. is a 5-minute walk away. The railway station is a 10-minute walk away.
The flat has three bedrooms, large living/dining room, modern, well-equipped kitchen with additional dining table, modern bathroom and newly renovated separate WC. Partly furnished with traditional Engadine furniture.

The Engadine house is located in the old part of the village of Zernez in a sunny and quiet location. The flat with a large, sunny terrace on the 1st floor was freshly renovated in 2024.
