Location and general information:
The Chesa Islas is located in the quiet neighbourhood of Vuorcha in Zuoz. The property is within walking distance of the railway station and shopping facilities. In winter, the neighbourhood is also served by the free local bus to the ski area and cross-country skiing centre. Chesa Islas is somewhat older and does not have a lift. The house is not directly accessible for vehicles. The house has a ski room, a bicycle storage room and a spacious laundry room. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Islas. Smoking is not permitted in the flat. A reserved parking space is available in one of the three communal garages in the neighbourhood.

Room layout:
The flat in Chesa Islas is located on the 1st floor and has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate guest toilet, a large, bright living/dining room with balcony and a spacious kitchen. There is a double bed in the master bedroom and two bunk beds in the children's room with a total of four sleeping options for children. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin and toilet. The flat has a wonderful, unobstructed view of the Inn.

Facilities:
The kitchen in the Chesa Islas has already been renovated, the bedrooms and bathrooms are still in their original condition. The flat is cosy and child-friendly. The new kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine. The flat is equipped with Sunrise TV and free Wi-Fi.

Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
