Location and general information:
The Chesa Davous Crasta is situated in a very beautiful, sunny panoramic location adjacent to the old village centre of Zuoz and within short walking distance of the winter sports facilities. The ski piste runs right past the house. The flat is on the south-west side of the house, right on the edge of the forest. During the winter season there is a free local bus service to the village centre and Zuoz railway station, as well as to the Resgia cross-country skiing centre, which stops right in front of the house. The flat has a garage parking space and a reserved outdoor parking space. There is a lift in the house. Pets are not allowed in the flat in the Chesa Davous Crasta. Smoking is not permitted in the flat.

The holiday flat on the 1st floor consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a cosy living room with south-facing balcony and a kitchen that is semi-open to the living room.

Facilities:
The flat has its own outside access and direct lift access to the flat. There is a fireplace in the living room. The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and a Nespresso coffee machine. Swisscom TV and W-Lan can be used free of charge.

Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
