Location and general information:
The Chesa Serin is situated in an absolutely quiet, traffic-free location on the eastern edge of the village of Zuoz. It is close to the railway station, the golf course and the shopping facilities in the lower part of the village. The free local bus of the municipality of Zuoz, which operates during the winter season, stops at the entrance to the neighbourhood and takes passengers to the ski area as well as to the cross-country skiing centre. The flat is very suitable for travellers using public transport. The flat is south-west facing. The flat has a parking space in the communal car park in the Vuorcha neighbourhood, which is not connected to Chesa Serin. There is a lift in the building. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Serin. Smoking is not permitted in the flat.

The flat in the Chesa Serin has a double bedroom, a bathroom and a large living room with a semi-open-plan kitchen. The living room has access to the large balcony.

Furnishings:
The cosy flat is predominantly furnished with light-coloured materials. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa set and a dining table for 4 people. The floor is made of maple parquet. The modern kitchen contains a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob with extractor fan, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom with window is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, washbasin and mirror cabinet. TV and WLAN are available to guests for free use. There is a communal laundry room and a ski and bike room in the house.
