Location and general information: The apartment in the Chesa Brünaida is located on the south-western side of the property on the 3rd floor. The house is in the quarter Chaunt da Crusch in a quiet position. A garage space in the house's own underground car park belongs to the apartment. There is a lift in the house. Pets are welcome at the Chesa Brünaida. During the winter season, a free local bus runs during the day and stops close to the Chesa Brünaida. It will take you to the village centre, railway station, ski school and cross-country skiing centre. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Room layout: The apartment at Chesa Brünaida has a spacious floor plan with one double bedroom, one child's room with three beds, two bathrooms, a spacious living/dining room with a south-facing balcony and an open kitchen. One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin and toilet, the other with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Facilities: The modern apartment is very well maintained. In all living and sleeping rooms parets have been laid, for the wet rooms ke¬ramische plates were used. In the bedroom there is a double bed, in the children's room there are three single beds, of which only one is also suitable for adults. In the large kitchen there is a glass ceramic hob with a steam extractor fan, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. A large corner sofa in the living room makes the room cosy. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV and free W-Lan.
