Partially renovated, cosy 4½ room apartment in most beautiful location on the 2nd floor with fireplace and balcony.
Location and general information: The apartment is situated at the most beautiful view location above the village centre in walking distance to the historical village square of Zuoz. From the large picture window in the living room you have an exceptionally beautiful view over the old village centre and the opposite mountain panorama. The house lies very quietly. A garage place belongs to the apartment. On the ground floor there is a common laundry room, which is used by all three parties in the house. There is no lift in the house. Pets are welcome at the Chesa Cruschetta. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Room layout: The apartment on the 2nd floor of Chesa Cruschetta was partially renovated in 2018. It has a large living/dining room with fireplace, balcony and open kitchen, three double bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate guest toilet.
Facilities: Parts of the apartment have already been renovated. New parquet floors have been laid in the bedrooms, the living room is furnished with carpet. In the living room there is a fireplace and a generous group of cushions, which invite to a cosy get-together. The dining table offers space for six people. The bedroom window in the living room offers a view of the village centre of Zuoz and the mountain range opposite. From the living room there is access to a balcony. The bathroom contains a bathtub, a toilet and a washbasin. In the kitchen there is a glass ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine. In the living room there is a television set with Swisscom-TV at your disposal. Free W-Lan is also available.
