Location and general information:
Chesa Serin is located in a quiet, traffic-free area on the eastern edge of the village of Zuoz, within walking distance of the train station and the golf course, and faces south. The apartment has a parking space in the communal garage in the Vuorcha quarter. A lift is available in the house. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Serin. Smoking is not allowed.

Room layout:
The apartment at Chesa Serin has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms and is suitable for a family with children as well as four adults. One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin and toilet, while the other bathroom has a shower in addition to the toilet and washbasin. Both bathrooms have windows. The large living/dining room with Swedish stove and balcony facing south has a spacious, open kitchen. The apartment is very bright and sunny and absolutely quiet.

The apartment is comfortably and practically equipped. The floors in the living and sleeping rooms are covered with light maple parquet. Ceramic tiles have been used in the corridor and in the wet rooms. In the spacious kitchen there is a glass kitchenette with steam extraction, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment is equipped with sunrise TV and wireless LAN.
