Description of the holiday rental
Genéral
Family chalet about 200m2 with 5 bedrooms, very cozy with a nice view over the Alps, situated about 2 min. walk from the cable car and about 5 min. walk to the center of Leysin.
Ground floor:
- 1 bedroom with 2 simple beds + 1 bathroom
- 1 children’s bedroom with bunk beds + 2 beds (sleeping 4) + 1 bathroom
- Entry and laundry room with washing machine and dryer
Entry floor:
- Entry and separate toilet
- Large living room with fireplace and dining room (sits 12 persons), television, (about 100 channels, in French, English, German, Italian, Spanish, Arab, etc.), DVD
- Open kitchen, fully equiped (dishwasher, fridge, freeze, cooker, 2 ovens, toaster, etc.)
1st floor:
- 1 bedroom with double bed (2 mattresses), south facing balcony + 1 bathroom
- 1 bedroom with 2 simple beds, south facing balcony + 1 bathroom

1 covered parking place, 1 outside parking place.

- Arrival outside opening hours/day: between CHF 50 and CHF 100
- Deposit: CHF 500.- blocked on a credit card at the arrival. The amount will be release 14 days after the departure.
