The living room is flooded with light and has a comfortable sofa lounge. A TV with Swisscom blue TV (incl. replay function) as well as a mini DAB radio/CD stereo system with docking station for smartphones are available. For the children there are various board games/Lego Duplo/ badminton and much more. From the living room you have direct access to the front yard with a large lawn and garden table. The view of the Valais mountains is simply breathtaking. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking.

We live in the attic of the house Swiss. We are happy to provide you with information about our region. Whether it's insider tips on restaurants or hiking trails, we can tell you a thing or two if you wish. By the way, in winter we can offer you a ski box for 4 persons at the valley station (80.-/week instead of officially 140.-), which offers space for 4 skis, ski boots, poles, helmets and gloves. This ski box is even heated. So you definitely don't have to carry skis with us anymore.

WLAN is free of charge and unlimited for our Swiss guests. For the sporty guests: We have a special subscription for you in the sports centre Grächen (free of charge for you): Fitness centre, tennis, badminton, natural ice rink, climbing wall, children's bouncy castle, a huge children's indoor playground and much more.

Apartment description

The living room is flooded with light and has a comfortable sofa lounge. A modern Flat-TV with "Swisscom blue TV" and about 300 channels (incl. 7 days replay function) as well as a mini-DAB radio/CD stereo incl. docking station for smartphones provide entertainment.

For the children there is a high chair and a travel crib. Various board games / Lego Duplo / badminton and much more provide fun for the kids. From the living room you have direct access to the sunny lawn with garden table and deck chairs. Let the sunset end at the fire bowl with a cozy fire or a barbecue evening? You can also do this at our house Swiss. Here it is especially good to relax. The view of the Valais mountains is simply breathtaking. 

Some 4000m mountains and even the Matterhorn can be admired from here. The car can of course be parked free of charge directly in front of the house Swiss. With us, no tedious luggage hauling is necessary! The WLAN (Higspeed ;-)) is free and unlimited for our Swiss guests.

The children can play at the small stream in front of the house and admire the insect hotel (selfmade). In winter the kids can let off steam in the snow and even build an igloo...

The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. New 3-plate stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine and filter coffee, toaster, fonduecaquelon and electric raclette grill are available here. Enjoy the crystal clear drinking water of our Valais mountains of the best quality!

The apartment has two double bedrooms. Both double beds have a dimension of 2m x 1.9m. Each bedroom has its own built-in closet. The west bedroom is additionally equipped with a sink and mirror.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower, a toilet, towel dryer and underfloor heating as well as a sink with a large illuminated mirror.

Flat location
Haus Swiss is located in the "Egga" area, one of the sunniest and quietest quarters of Grächen, about 7 minutes walk from the village centre, post office, shopping facilities and the mountain railways. The house is directly accessible by car.


Winter Premium... We offer our guests a modern ski depot in the valley station of the Hannigalpbahn. Tiresome ski lugging is definitely over with us! A cosy 7-minute warm-up with the kids and the ski day can start without stress. All ski equipment can be stored here in a ski box (4 pers.) and collected heated every morning (80.-/week instead of officially 140.-). Alternative: Good skiers can also ski directly to our house! (partly deep snow)


for active people... Our guests have free access to the sports centre in Grächen. You can use the following facilities here free of charge: Indoor playground, fitness centre, tennis, badminton, table tennis, climbing wall, natural ice rink, Robis play park (outdoor), use of the hall for children's birthday parties or a family celebration (if possible and only with advance reservation).

Flat too small? More holiday flats... Is our holiday flat too small for you because you want to spend your holidays in Grächen with friends or grandma and grandpa? No problem. In the "Chalet Heimetli" which is 20 metres away from us, Claudio's parents have another large 3 1/2 room flat and a comfortable studio on offer.
