YOUR ACCOMMODATION

Very pretty, very modern chalet of 225 m2 on three levels with an unobstructed view of the south.
Large living room/kitchen very bright, with a dining table for 8 people and integrated extension for 4 more people. A sofa and an armchair to relax in front of the closed fireplace and there is a television, WiFi and Bluetooth speaker. Modern open kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, fondue set and a large fridge with freezer section.

- Bedroom 1: 1x double bed, balcony with east side view
- Bedroom 2: 2x single beds pushed together + 1x additional foldable bed for a child, balcony facing south
- Bedroom 3: 1x double bed, 2 glued single mattresses, balcony on the south side
- Bedroom 4: attic master bedroom with 1x double bed and a TV
- Bathrooms: 1x bathroom with adjoining shower, shower cubicle, wc and washbasin, 1x bathroom with bathtub, shower cubicle, wc, washbasin, 1x guest toilet with washbasin
- Exterior: Large terrace 900 X 450 cm with garden and fallow land. 1x table for 10 people, a relaxation area with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs and coffee table, two deckchairs, 1 large parasol and a large gas barbecue.
- Laundry room: washing machine and dryer
- Parking: up to 6 outdoor parking spaces in front of the chalet in summer. In winter 3 outdoor parking spaces in front of the chalet.
- Animals: not accepted
- Access: easy full-foot access in front of the front door
