Renovated apartment with one bedroom, one bathroom, modern kitchen and living room with spectacular views of the mountains and Arosa. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is located in the center of Arosa, behind the Graubünden Cantonal Bank. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, fondue and raclette set,... The living room and bedroom have a spectacular view of the mountains and Arosa, and all the furniture is new. The bathroom is renovated and has a shower, as well as towels and a hairdryer. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a sofa bed. - The Nespresso machine does not have capsules. - Included in the price are bed linen and towels, as well as the local tax, cleaning of the apartment and other basic amenities. - You can use the small ski room next to the entrance of the apartment. - The apartment does not have a parking space, but you can park at the public parking Hubelsee, which is only a few meters from the building. - The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 persons. If you want to book for 3 persons, we have to prepare the sofa bed for an extra charge. Additional costs: - Extra set of bed linen and towels: 30 CHF - Baby set (cot + high chair): 30 CHF
