Welcome to your holiday home! Experience pure relaxation in our tastefully renovated house from 2012, situated in a quiet and excellent location in close proximity to the lake and the village centre of Ascona. Everything you need for a perfect stay, including shops and bus stops, is within easy walking distance.

Inside the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, both filter coffee and Nespresso machine, kettle and a variety of crockery and cooking utensils, including children's crockery and kitchen towels. The living room is cosy with a large dining table for six people and a small sofa, ideal for relaxing evenings. Free Wi-Fi and digital TV are available for entertainment. Three spacious bedrooms with large wardrobes, complemented by two modern bathrooms on the ground floor and first floor, ensure comfort and privacy. The house is child-friendly, non-smoking and offers various amenities, such as a travel cot and an IKEA high chair.

The outdoor area invites you to linger and enjoy the large garden including a seating area, electric store, lounge, lawn, pergola and a fireplace/barbecue. A garage is available for parking; a weekly pass for a second vehicle can be purchased for a nearby car park.
