Charming single-family alpine chalet in an idyllic and quiet location. The house is situated in the "old" part of Belalp, in the area known as Alpe Bel, near the chapel and the summer-operated dairy. It takes about 7 minutes to walk from the chalet to the feeder railway (cable car - winter operation) and the lift facilities. The house is approximately 1 minute's walk from the winter downhill run to Blatten b. Naters. Apartment: The apartment has a net living area of around 60 m², consisting of a spacious kitchen, a living room with a couch (bed function), a bedroom with a double bed, and a toilet with a shower. The apartment offers sleeping accommodation for four people. In the summers of 2019/2020, the house was completely renovated. However, the charm of the alpine chalet was preserved. The chalet offers a cozy atmosphere.
