The 50 sqm 2-room apartment is located in a quiet position on the 1st floor of a house with seven apartments. From a large balcony (10 sqm all around, from east via south to west) there is a wide, unobstructed view of Bergün and the Graubünden mountains with the majestic Piz Ela directly opposite. A garden area at the house is available for general use. It is a 5-minute walk to the village center with bakery, supermarket and farm shop. The train station is a 10-minute walk away. The outdoor pool with sunbathing area is just 50 meters from the apartment. The Kurhaus Bergün with wellness/spa area is a 200-meter walk away.

The lovingly furnished apartment has laminate flooring and consists of a bright living/dining room (with double sofa bed), a bedroom with double bed plus a bunk bed, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub (shower) and WC.

The small modern fitted kitchen is equipped with an electric hob with induction hob, a fridge with three-star freezer compartment and most of what you need for cooking. Wi-Fi and a compact hi-fi system with radio and CD player are available. (Please bring an aux cable to connect your smartphone.)

Storage facilities for winter sports equipment are located in the spacious ski cellar.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
