The flat is in the 2nd floor of a house with 4 flats, oriented to the East, with covered balcony, fireplace, parquet in the living room, open kitchen, own parking facility for 2 cars, washing machine and tumbler on the ground floor.
Bathroom with bathtub and shower, two separate sleeping-rooms, one with double bed, the other one on the second floor with three single beds.
