Description of the holiday rental
Duplex apartment renovated in 2022 consisting of 2 bedrooms for a total of 6 to 8 beds as follows:
1 large living room with a well-equipped open kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, fondue set, raclette oven and kettle). Dining area with extendable dining table for 8 and lounge with 3-seater sofa (TV-WIFI).
2 Bedrooms: 1 bedroom upstairs with a double bed (90x200), 2nd bedroom downstairs with 1 bunk bed (160x200); all bedrooms have wardrobes.
Mezzanine with 2-seater sofa bed (140/200), chest of drawers and TV.
2 bathrooms, one with bath/shower, the other with toilet.
The chalet-style residence is ideally located next to the ski slopes or mountain bike trails in summer.
In a settlement with several chalets apartment, this apartment is located in a green oasis with a magnificent view of the peaks of the Midi.
A small grocery store with regional products is located nearby.
Access to the slopes is less than 100m away on foot. A private ski locker is available at the entrance of the building.
