Charming independant 2-levels chalet in a natural environment, 400 m from the Violette-Plaine Morte gondola. Privileged location close to nature, in a peaceful setting. The chalet enjoys a magnificent, unobstructed southeasterly view of the Valais Alps. A 5-min. drive to the resort center. SMC shuttle bus stop 300 m (Barzettes).
Ground floor: Entrance hall, living room with TV (cable + netflix apps, etc.), access to south-east terrace, dining area with large table, large open kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave. Filter coffee maker + Nespresso coffee machine. 1 bedroom with 160 cm double bed, 1 shower room - WC - washbasin. Stairs lead upstairs.1st floor: 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed (for 1-2 people) and access to south-facing balcony, 1 bedroom with 160 cm double bed and TV. 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and access to balcony. 1 bathroom + shower-WC-washbasin. All bedrooms on this level have attics.
Annex: technical room for sports equipment storage, laundry column (washing machine + tumble dryer). 1x garage-box (covered, no door) at the foot of the chalet + additional possibility to park one more car straight on the box. From the garage: stairs lead up to the chalet, making the chalet not suitable for people with reduced mobility
