Holiday home "Buna Saira"

Our architecturally stunning house (part of a row of 3 houses), newly built in 2014, offers space for relaxation on approx. 110m² of living space and a spacious balcony with seating area in a quiet, sunny location in the picturesque Engadine Scuol. Our light-flooded living room, the long dining table and the chic kitchen impress with a wonderful view from the balcony over Scuol to the west. The houses are only approx. 300m from the village center and a few steps from the stop of the free local and ski bus. They are equipped with great attention to detail, high quality and lots of pine wood. Although Buna Saira only offers beds for 5 people (in 2 double rooms and 1 single room), a fold-out sofa in the spacious bedroom in the basement allows it to comfortably accommodate 2 more people. The bathrooms in the basement and ground floor have floor-level showers. The toilets are separate. The highlight on the upper floor is a large window that illuminates the entire width of the kitchen unit. Arrival day: Sunday All of our houses have the SONOS music and speaker system, which allows you to conveniently control music via smartphone or tablet, a Spotify account and WiFi throughout the house. An Apple tablet is also provided for our guests with current mountain information and many useful gadgets. For relaxing winter days, we also provide you with a meat and cheese fondue as well as a raclette. All houses are also equipped with an induction cooker with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (without freezer compartment), washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. You can also book our sauna for a small additional charge. Please note the slightly steeper stairs. There are three private parking spaces in front of the houses, one for each house. There is also a public car park with several spaces approx. 70 m away.
