Detached and comfortable chalet for 5 persons on 2 ½ floors, situated at the edge of the forest above the village of Evolène. 12 minutes walk from the centre . Access by car in winter at 100 m (no garage in winter).Ground floor : Garage, entrance hall, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), WC/bath, garden.1st floor : Living room with fire-place, kitchen corner with dish washer, WC/shower, south facing balcony and east facing big terrace with table and outdoor barbecue.2nd floor : Mezzanine with 1 sofa (2x80/190) and a two single beds (90/190).Equipments and miscellaneous: Washing machine and dryer. Central heating. TV (4 swiss channels), telephone, free Wifi of demand.Animals welcome on request and with extra cost.Bedding : bolsters 60/90, 4 duvets 137x200, 1 duvet 230x220.

Our Agency is located in the middle of Evolène, brown chalet before the church, on your left hand side, on the up ground floor.

Bath towels: Bed, kitchen and bath (CHF 33.- by pers). Not included in the rental price.
Final cleaning: Normal final cleaning is included in the rental price; an add. amount can be charged in case of abus
Administration fee: Included.
Kitchen towels: Bedlinen (CHF 22.- by pers.) Not included in the rental price.
Parking: Private or public parking places (free or paid) are available for each accommodation.
Tourist tax: CHF 2.50 by Night by adult
CHF 1.25 by Night by child (6-16 years)

Caution: A deposit of CHF 200.- to CHF 500.- can be requested.
