Description of the holiday rental
Luxurious 184sqm duplex apartment with 4 bedrooms (available for a max. of 8 persons), each one with bathroom and bath tub/shower and floor heating at the residential building of The Mountain Suites, in walking distance from the cable car station of Flims. The apartment is located in the main building on the fourth and fifth floor with stunning views over the mountain landscape of Flims and the region.
The living area, with a cozy fireplace, as well as the kitchen and two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge and integrated freezer, induction cooking field, steamer, water cooker, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine (capsules can be purchased at the bar). The upper floor is connected with the lower floor through a stair case, both floors offer two bedrooms. All rooms within the apartment are equipped with rustique parquet floor and floor heating.
Ski storage room, mailbox, washing machine and tumble dryer (private use) is also available. For this apartment, two parking spots within the underground parking is available, access with your parking card provided upon check-in. Parking for 2 cars, internet, costs for heating, water, etc. is included in the total costs. So is bedlinen and towels, final cleaning, VAT and all taxes.
Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. Pets are not accepted.
THE MOUNTAIN SUITES with its two semi-circle superposed buildings and the light glass/wood facade sets architectural accents within Flims. A spacious atrium, with a bar and a luxurious lounge area, forms the center of this luxury residence where the lifestyle concierge welcomes you. In walking distance you will find a bakery, supermarket and a variety of shops and restaurants. Nearby you can visit the lake of Cauma, tha famous Rhein Canyon (Grand Canyon od Switzerland) and the Sports Center Prau la Selva. With good snow conditions you can ski within a few meters of the building over the Waldhaus slope.
