Inexpensive, well equipped, 3-room apartment on the first floor (80m2). Outside the village, in a quiet area with beautiful view on the mountains. On a farm. Distance to Adelboden 10km and to Elsigen-Metsch 5km. New renovated. (*3) 2 bedrooms with (7) 8 beds. 1 bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with trundle bed and bunk bed and *2 beds are in the living room. Bath/toilet. Kitchen well equipped. Radio, TV, central heating, washing-machine, parking. Pets are not allowed. Only for non-smokers. A narrow, single- lane road leads to the house. There are crossing possibilities with other cars. During winter it's an advantage when you have a 4WD, or snow chains. From March to November 2024 the conditions for access to the house are more difficult because it is being expanded. The passage over the construction site is regulated as follows: 9.00-9.30am, 12.00-1.00pm; 3.30pm-4.00pm; Free travel from 6.30 p.m. to 7 a.m. The road is freely passable on weekends.
