Description of the holiday rental

Cosy flat in a traditional, renovated Engadine house. Separate seating area with Swedish stove. There is a cellar for skis, sledges, bicycles etc. directly in front of the flat.
The ski bus to the chair lift stops directly in front of the house.
In summer as well as in winter (winter hiking trails) you have many possibilities for hikes from the accommodation. There is also the possibility to reach other hiking areas or shopping facilities by post bus in about 10 minutes on foot. There is a direct post bus connection from Ftan to Samnaun (duty-free area).

The supermarket and bakery are a 10-minute walk away. Ftan also has a bathing lake, which you can easily reach on foot. Car park above the flat is included in the price. During the summer there is a garden seating area, deckchairs and the possibility to barbecue.
