Beautiful, cozy multi-family house Chasa Cumulus by the Erni family in the Ftan-Grond district. We offer you a lovely, well-maintained and sunny 3.5-room apartment with its own terrace. Already at breakfast, you will be greeted by the sun and a beautiful mountain panorama of the Lower Engadine mountain world and the church. The children's paradise Sainas (open until around mid-March), with the ski school and the "Loipe Hochalpines Institut Ftan" (cross-country ski trail), are located directly nearby. In about 10-12 minutes on foot, you can reach the Ftan-Prui 4-seater chairlift, the new bathing lake "Lai da Padnal", shopping facilities, the tourist office with integrated post office and the post bus. The apartment complex offers ample parking in an underground garage. The apartment features large windows, a dishwasher, shared washing machine and dryer, filter coffee, Jura fully automatic coffee machine and Nespresso capsule system, telephone, WLAN (free internet access), satellite cable TV/TV, video DVD player, and radio/CD/MC.
