Description of the holiday rental
The 2-room apartment is located on the second floor of the generously built house. Thanks to an additional room with a single bed, the apartment can be extended to a 3-room apartment. The chalet has a total of four apartments, one of which is occupied by the house owners. The apartment is 32m2 in size. The house is located about 100 meters above the main road to the Upper Glacier, where you can connect to the local bus. The location is quiet and invites you to relax. There is an access road to the house with private parking. In winter, parking is provided on the main road. The apartment has a room with two beds, a living and dining area with integrated kitchen and sofa bed (120 cm). The kitchen is well equipped with oven, kettle, coffee maker, fondue caquelon, raclette oven, etc. The apartment can be extended to four beds. Bathroom with WC and shower. It has its own balcony from which the Eiger and even the Niesenspitz can be seen. The apartment has radio, TV and internet connection. The use of the washing machine and tumble dryer is possible by arrangement. Pets are allowed. The charming "Brätelhüsli" with fireplace can also be used by arrangement. Of course, the bathroom and kitchen linen is available and the beds are made upon arrival.
The tourist tax is paid by every guest over 12 years old. Adults: Fr 4.70/day, children: Fr 3.70/day. This entitles you to various discounts. You will receive the guest card A and all necessary information upon your arrival. You benefit from free entrance to the sports center, a visit to the local museum, as well as free use of the local bus. The apartment is ideally located for snow sports enthusiasts with direct access to the Grindel ski slope (valley run from First). In summer you can start your bike and hiking tours directly in front of the house and enjoy the beautiful nature. Our apartment is sustainable: during the sunny hours our solar system on the roof of the barn produces sustainable electricity.
