Location and general information:
The Chesa Gravules-ch is located in the exclusive, absolutely quiet neighbourhood of Gravules-ch on the Albula slope, which is only accessible to its residents or visitors with vehicles. The house is located directly on the edge of the forest with a view of the valley. The property is as good as new and modern. The flat is connected to the garage floor, which also houses the ski and bicycle storage room, via a lift. The flat on the ground floor has its own spacious garden seating area with south-west exposure. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Gravules-ch. Smoking is not permitted in the flat. The flat has a reserved garage parking space and there are several visitor parking spaces outside.

The flat on the ground floor has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a separate guest toilet, a cosy, bright living/dining room with fireplace and an open-plan kitchen. The master bedroom with adjoining bathroom has a double bed. There is also a single bedroom with its own bathroom and a very large children's room with four bunk beds and a bathroom. The flat can be rented for up to 6 people. A private laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available in the flat.
Equipment:
The flat is being let for the first time and is in very well-kept, as-new condition. The high-quality fittings and the lovingly furnished interior, mainly with antiques, create a luxurious yet cosy atmosphere. The predominant materials in both the bedrooms and the living rooms are larch and Swiss stone pine. There are stone floors in the corridor and in the bathrooms. The modern Swiss stone pine kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Free Wi-Fi and Swisscom TV are available in the flat.

Village description: Situated at 1700 metres above sea level at the foot of the Albula Pass, the village is characterised by the stately patrician houses of the Albertini families. The most striking is the Chesa Merleda. The Engadine farmers' and patricians' houses dating from the 16th and 17th centuries give the twin village of La Punt Chamues-ch a very special charm. Particularly worth seeing are the early Gothic church of St. Andrea in Chamues-ch with its paintings and frescoes and the baroque church in La Punt, built in 1680. As a centrally located village, La Punt Chamues-ch is the starting point for challenging mountain tours and easy hikes. Families with children are welcome guests. In winter, the Müsella ski lift offers ideal conditions for children and beginners.
In winter, the closed pass road becomes a speedy toboggan run with snow-covered bends for adventure-seekers. Winter fun is also promised by the fantastic cross-country ski trails, snowshoe hikes and ski tours.
Summer: The surrounding area is perfect for a variety of tours on mountain bikes, racing bikes, inline skates and on foot, for example on the Engadin High Trail. Meanwhile, cosy playgrounds and fire pits by the water await families. Incidentally, Val Chamuera is considered the most unspoilt valley in the entire Engadin: At the back of Alp Serlas, there is no kiosk waiting for hikers, but instead a feeling of happiness in unspoilt nature.
