Description of the holiday rental
Three modern chalet-style buildings, which were only completed in 2023, with black wood and glass exterior cladding, house five studios and six larger "ultra-modern designer apartments".
Each of the six larger apartments has its own sauna facility and all studios and apartments can use the in-house wellness/spa facility (approx. from February 2024), which is located on the first floor of House A directly behind the entrance, reception and ski/bike room.
The house is located directly in front of the pine forest, in which the treetop path from Laax to Murschetg now also runs. All apartments have sunny balconies and the largest possible glass fronts overlooking the magnificent mountain views to the south.
