Family holiday oasis with fitness, pool and sauna

General information about the flat:
This furnished 4.5-room flat (92 sqm) on the 4th floor (with lift) is perfect for family holidays including grandma & grandpa or groups of friends. Three bedrooms and a spacious kitchen area create a relaxed atmosphere. The dining area is furnished with a large table and comfortable chairs. The modern living area is furnished with a cosy sofa and a sideboard. The flat has a TV (incl. Netflix access), a Nintendo Switch (with a few games) and there are EU sockets available (mains voltage 230V). Of course, free WLAN is also available throughout the flat.
The holiday apartment complex is located at the entrance to the village of Laax in the immediate vicinity of the cable car valley station. While there is a free shuttle service to the cable cars in winter, in summer you can simply walk these five minutes. The Peaks Place is always an ideal starting point for numerous hikes, mountain bike tours or perfect skiing days. Speaking of skiing days: do you know the feeling when you come back to the flat in wet clothes after a day's skiing and there aren't enough coat hooks? Don't worry, every jacket will find its place in our entrance area in no time at all!
And the best thing about the flat: it's very quiet at night and you sleep really well - not least because of the blackout curtains, which make all the rooms very dark in addition to the blinds!

Sleeping area:
There are really cosy box-spring beds in two of the bedrooms. In the third bedroom there are two single beds, and we can also provide a baby cot if required. The wardrobes in the bedrooms offer plenty of space for the clothes you have brought with you.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, induction hob and a fridge with freezer compartment. You will also find in the kitchen:

- Various towelling towels are included in the laundry charges. These are provided for each guest in the flat together with a fluffy bathrobe.

Balcony:
The flat offers a spacious, south-west facing balcony with views of the breathtaking Grisons forests and mountains. The balcony is equipped with a gas barbecue, a large table, six chairs and a sofa, so you can enjoy the view even more. In addition, the large glass surface of the balcony doors illuminates the flat with plenty of natural light.

Playroom:
The lovingly furnished "Piz Signina" playroom at Peaks Place is open daily (free of charge) for young children accompanied by an adult. In addition to coloured pencils and children's books in the reading corner, there are building blocks, toy cars, a children's kitchen and much more for the youngest guests.
Youngsters and the young at heart can let off steam in the "Piz Fess" room. The whole family can challenge and prove themselves at table tennis or table football.

Wellness & Spa:
Sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, Kneipp pool, swimming pool and fitness for your time out: 850 m² of wellness & spa await you for your own personal time to relax. You can really work out in the sports pool as well as in the weights and fitness room before sweating it out in the Finnish sauna, bio sauna and steam bath. For mindful relaxation, the (very pleasantly warm) whirlpool grotto and the Kneipp pool await you. And you can relax even more with a soothing massage. Take the time to breathe deeply - even on the open-air terrace.
Please remember to bring your own towels for the sauna and pool: the flat only has towels for showering and no separate sauna/pool towels.

Underground car park, bikes, skis and laundry:
The price also includes a parking space in the underground car park, three boxes for 2 pairs of skis/snowboards and boots each and a large bike room (on the 1st floor/underground car park). There is even a washing facility for the bikes. If you want (or need) to do a wash in between, that's no problem either: a washing machine and tumble dryer are available free of charge on the 1st floor. You just need to bring your own detergent.

Restaurant & Facilities:
In addition to the reception, the Peaks Bar and a smoking lounge, Peaks Place also has the "s'nani" restaurant - where grandmother's recipes are reinterpreted and forgotten foods are rediscovered. Surrounded by alpine charm, you can enjoy new flavour experiences with brutally local ingredients. It's also the ideal place to start the day with a hearty breakfast if you don't want to get your bread rolls and croissants from the Coop petrol station with its large shop right next door.
And if you want something different for lunch or dinner, there are other very tasty restaurants within walking distance.

The region:
Winter has a lot to offer holidaymakers: 224 kilometres of pistes, four snow parks and the world's largest halfpipe ensure perfect winter sports fun. In addition to skiing and snowboarding, there is also a freestyle academy as well as an ice rink, curling, cross-country skiing, deep snow skiing, ice climbing, toboggan runs and winter hiking trails. For families, there is the ski school (or the summer wonderland) centred around the magician "Ami Sabi", where children are well looked after all day long.
