Description of the holiday rental

The 2.5-room flat is ideal for a family with up to two children. The flat is only a two-minute walk from the bus stop, supermarket (Volg), bakery, butcher, restaurants and Lake Laax. The bedroom offers a double bed as well as a bunk bed. In the bright living room you will find enough space, a large dining table, a fireplace, flat screen TV and an extendable (sleeping) couch. The kitchen offers good equipment. For relaxation after a nice day, there is a sauna on the ground floor. A spacious and sunny balcony with a view of a great mountain panorama (e.g. Signina) rounds off the property. There is a sauna on the ground floor for your use. 

Pets and smoking are not allowed in this property. 
WLAN is not available. 
A washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement. In addition, an underground parking space is reserved for you. The beds are freshly made before your arrival. You can also use the large garden in front of the house with table tennis table or toboggan.
