Living room with sofa (fold out to double bed 140x200cm) lounge table, 1 chair, dresser with drawers, wall-big-screen television, Wi-Fi router, DVD player. Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe. Bathroom with sink, bath and toilet. The apartment was except the bathroom completely renovated in autumn 2015. Whole apartment with laminate flooring. Balcony to the south. Public swimming pool also available, direct entry from the under cover parking, exit at Laret 7. Sauna is also available in Curnera 9. The bed linen (CHF 20.00) and the final cleaning (CHF 120.00) are included in the total amount.
