3.5 room flat, 74 sqm, (1 double bed, 2 single beds), very beautifully and quietly located on the edge of the forest near the mountain railways. The flat is tastefully furnished, modern and of high quality. Open kitchen with electric cooker, oven, steam extractor, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. Dining table with 2 chairs and a bench to sit on. Living room with upholstered suite, club table, TV and internet. Bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe and adjoining bathroom with washbasin, toilet and bath. 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, each sleeping 90x200cm. 2nd bathroom with washbasin and shower. Sitting area facing south. In the cellar there is a washing/drying machine and the possibility to hang up the laundry. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the final price. Pets are not allowed.
