4.5 Roomed apartment, 100 square meters, (sleeps 6) in a multi apartment home, located in scenic area. Within 10 minutes walking distance to Laax village, 50 meters to the bus stop. Warm and comfortably furnished. Open kitchen leading onto the living room. Kitchen has a ceramic stove, oven, extractor fan, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer. Living room has a dining room table with 3 chairs and a corner bench, 2 leather sofas, wooden cupboard, television and a fire place. The bedroom has one double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has 2 fold-away beds and a writing table. The third bedroom (relatively small) has 2 single beds (one of which folds away) and a wardrobe. Two bathrooms available 1 with washbasin, bath and toilette and the other with a washbasin, shower and toilette. 2 sun flooded balconies. Parking in underground garage.
