Description of the holiday rental
The well-kept apartment building is centrally located at Lenzerheide. Directly next to the property is the newly built pump track, sports field, a large children's playground, ski and bike rental, bakery, Volg and much more. The squirrel forest and the Heidsee (bathing lake) are only a few minutes' walk away. The stop for the sports bus is directly in front of the house and takes you comfortably to the surrounding valley stations of the mountain railways within 5-10 minutes. The property has a multi-purpose room with table tennis table and table football, a ski and bicycle room, laundry room with washing machine/tumbler (coin-operated machine) as well as outside parking spaces.
