Beautifully renovated 2.5-room apartment (48m2) with exclusive view 2 1/2-room non-smoker ground floor apartment in house 8 "Murmeli", no. 8.2. Outdoor seating area with unobstructed panoramic view to the south and west. Living/dining area approx. 30m2, with fireplace, pull-out sofa, dining table and large TV. Modern kitchen with oven/microwave, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring capsules), fondue/raclette/toaster/kettle. Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Bathroom with bathtub/shower. incl. WLAN, daily 2 x ski transport to the mountain station. Indoor pool, sauna, playroom, washing machine in the main building (neighboring building). Ideally, the apartment is occupied by 2 people. However, there are two additional sleeping places in the living room thanks to the pull-out sofa. Laundry: Bed linen / terry towels included in the ancillary costs. The Alpine Village holiday resort with the beautiful sunny 2.5-room apartment is located at 1950m above sea level and just a little below the Lauchernalp mountain station. It can be reached by cable car in winter and additionally by car in summer via a road from Wiler that requires a permit. The apartment itself is located on the ground floor with a south-facing seating area offering breathtaking valley and mountain views of the 3934-meter-high Bietschhorn as well as to the east towards Lötschenlücke and Langgletscher. In the immediate vicinity is a fairytale-like larch forest and the ski slopes. From the slopes, you can see over 40 four-thousanders, including the world-famous Matterhorn. The apartment offers a total of approx. 50m2 of living space and consists of an entrance area with wardrobe, open living and dining area with pull-out sofa, 1 bedroom, a Swedish stove as well as a bathroom with WC and bathtub/shower. In addition, there is free internet access, 1 large TV/radio, 1 vacuum cleaner and 1 hairdryer. The modern kitchen features a dishwasher, oven/microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee machine as well as a kettle. It is also very well equipped (raclette, toaster, fondue, rice cooker, dishes/pans). Ideally, the apartment is occupied by 2 people. However, there are two additional sleeping places in the living room thanks to the pull-out sofa. Furthermore, in the main building of the resort, there is a billiard table in the playroom and for the little ones, a Valais barn has been converted into a playhouse with playground. While the youngsters amuse themselves either in the playroom or in the playhouse, the adults escape the everyday stress in the sauna. In addition to the playroom and sauna, you also have an indoor pool in the main house at your disposal for sports activities and/or fun and games. The entire offer is completed by a ski transport service (2 x per day) and a shared laundry with dryer.
