Description of the holiday rental
The apartment "Fjäll" (ground floor flat 9.1), is located in the main house, house 9. There are also stationed washing machine and dryer with ATM for general use, and in the winter indoor swimming pool and restaurant. "Fjäll" - Swedish for "mountain", "mountains" - characterizes the fantastic view of the apartment: located foremost, unspoilt area with magnificent views of the Bietschhorn chain and the westside of the Valais Alps and east to the end of the valley, called Lötschenlücke. In summer the outdoor seating area invites with adjoining lawn to linger and marvel. The apartment "Fjäll" is a 3.5 room apartment (approximately 50m2) for 4 persons with 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds). Entrance hall with cloakroom, living/dining area with kitchenette, dining table, sofa and open fireplace, bath/WC and bath tub with shower, storeroom. From the living room a door leads to the outdoor seating area. Available are: cot and baby seat, free Internet access (Wi-Fi), TV, 2 small drying rack, hair dryer, firewood, and Nespresso coffee machine, raclette and fondue set, microwave oven, spices and dishwashing. Food and household goods can you buy in the store at the mountain station Lauchernalp shopping, there are also several restaurants (open evenings: "Berghaus Lauchernalp", "Alpenhotel zur Wildi" and in winter, the location in the same building Restaurant "Tenne"). Dogs are welcome (and find, especially in summer with the outdoor seating area and the adjacent lawn a beautiful place to being)
The Alpine Village Lauchernalp Resort enjoys a sunny location in the Lauchernalp holiday region with views of the magical Lötschental valley, surrounded by 40 four-thousand-metre peaks and the Bietschhorn. The holiday park comprises ten residential buildings (each with 8 holiday apartments); the central building (nos. 9 and 10) houses an indoor swimming pool and sauna (only open in winter).
Ski-in/ski-out possible, approx. 80 metres to the mountain station of the cable car, ski transport twice daily by snowmobile. Alternatively, the valley run leads directly past the holiday park to the village, from where you can reach the valley station of the cable car in 10–15 minutes on foot.
Due to the hillside location, some of the house entrances are above the ground floor flats. Each flat has a lockable ski box and a cloakroom in the entrance area.
The following resort facilities are available for shared use: Heated indoor swimming pool/sauna (in winter season), pool table/table tennis, children's playhouse, laundry room with washing machine/tumble dryer, morning ski transport to the gondola lift, bread/wine/wood service from the caretaker
