The apartment’s location is perfect to reach Monte Brè’s spectacular terraced restaurants as the funicular is just a stone’s throw from the apartment. Besides, the holiday apartment is located right in between the tranquillity of the edges of Lake Lugano (ideal for the Olive Grove trail and visiting the beautiful village, Gandria) and the buzzing historic centre of Lugano, both of which are 15-minutes walking distance from here.

Those who want to explore beyond Lugano can hike through the magnificent San Salvatore, with the funicular is a 15-minute drive. Meanwhile, families with children can head to Melide and admire the stunning causeway as well as the SwissMiniatur with the miniature, open-air exhibits of the best attractions of Switzerland! If you are a literature fan, then don’t miss out on Montagnola (also 15 minutes), home to Nobel Prize-winning author Hermann Hesse. The Maldives of Switzerland – the Versazca Valley – is a 1-hour drive from the holiday apartment.

Restaurants are within walking distance for moods for eating out, meanwhile, discos are aplenty and located at 10-15 minutes walk from here. The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa, approximately a 60-minute drive from this vacation rental in Lugano.
