The 2.5 room holiday apartment offers space for a maximum of 5 people and is located in a sunny and above all quiet vantage point with a view of the surrounding mountain peaks. The apartment is on the 3rd floor in the multi-family house "La Signina" at the entrance to the village of Lumbrein. The balcony with a magnificent view of the Val Lumnezia is oriented to the south.

The picturesque mountain village of Lumbrein (1405 m above sea level) is an ideal starting point for diverse hikes in the Grison Alps, for example, an alpine hike across the unique Greina plateau or a "Tras neivs e nevaglias", a culinary hike, as well as mountain bike tours over mountain and valley in summer and autumn. In winter, the ski slopes of the Val Lumnezia Obersaxen Mundaun holiday region invite skiers, carvers, and snowboarders to winter sports fun (17 facilities with 120 km of slopes). There are also opportunities for cross-country skiing, ski, and snowshoe tours and various sledding trails.
