Comfortably furnished 6.5-room-house (170 m2) with beautiful panoramic view of the mountains:

BEDROOMS:



• Three big and one small double bedrooms with each a double bed 180x200.
• Additional room with a double bed 160x200 if you are more than 8 persons (below 9 persons at an additional charge).
• Two additional beds as well as a cot can be placed.
• Maximum number of persons is 10 adults plus 2 children (total 12 persons).

BATHROOMS:



• One spacious bath room with two sinks, a bath tub/shower and a toilet.
• One bathroom with a sink, a shower and a toilet.
• Additional shower next to the sauna on the ground floor.



LIVING AND DINING:

• Spacious living/dining room with big panoramic windows and open-hearth fireplace. Digital TV, flat screen, radio, hi-fi system, DVD and DVD collection.
• Dining table seats up to 12 people, 2 child seats available.
• Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric coffee machine (Nespresso and Dolce Gusto), starter set capsules for Nespresso coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue set (2 cheese and meat), sugar, spices, vinegar and oil.

OUTSIDE AREA:

• Balcony and fenced garden with morning sun.
• Garden seating area with afternoon and evening sun.
• BBQ, terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs (5) and parasol.


FACILITIES:

• Outside parking (1 car), garage (1 car) are included. If you need a 3rd parking it can be arranged upfront for CHF 10.-/night.
• Internet (WiFi, free), sauna (all included, sauna towels and aroma drops available), safe, central heating system, 5 sledges, ski rack, ski boot rack. 

• Washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use).

The spacious holiday house with 6.5 rooms is located in a quiet and sunny spot at the edge of Pany village and has a spectacular panoramic view into the mountains. Renovated in 2021, it is comfortably furnished and has 5 sleeping rooms, a generous living room with fireplace, a dining area, a kitchen with modern equipment and a sauna exclusively for the guests of the house.

• Enjoy the fantastic view either from the living room, the generous bedrooms, the balcony and garden on the Southeast side or the garden on the West side of the house.

• With lots of space for families and groups the house is ideal for family vacation, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, ski mountaineering and snowshoe hiking.
• Thanks to the photovoltaic installation in combination with a battery and energy buffer the house is to a large degree energy self-sufficient.
• Grocery and restaurant in the village center (380 m), bus stop and children's playground (250 m), hiking trail (10 m), adventure playground (1.8 km)

Activities:

• Summer: 
  Panoramic outdoor swimming pool (1.8 km), family friendly wide range of hiking trails including nature play trail and BBQ areas. Climbing garden in neighboring St. Antönien.
• Winter: 
  Family friendly ski lift with ski school (1.5 km), cross country ski track (2.9 km), ski bus stop (250 m), winter hiking, sled tracks and snowshoe tracks and in the village. 4 sledges are at your disposal.
  Well-known area for snowshoe hikes and ski mountaineering in neighboring St. Antönien.
  Ski regions Klosters/Davos Parsenn, Klosters Madrisa and Grüsch Danusa in 20 min by car.
• Our guests have free access to the indoor swimming pool in Pany from end of Sep to beginning of May.

The guest card which is included in the price allows several discounts like:

• free usage of the public transport between Schiers, Küblis and St. Antönien,
• free usage of the outdoor swimming pool and
• 50% discount on the Skilift Pany.
