The practical apartment features a living room with a sofa and TV, as well as a corner bench with a dining table. Next to it, you will find the closed and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. In the living room, there is a sofa bed suitable for children. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family house. Shared facilities include a laundry room with a dryer, as well as a bike and ski room. A garage parking space is included (Note: the garage space is not suitable for larger vehicles such as SUVs, and low cars like Audi S4 or BMW 3 Series may also not fit).
From the garden seating area, you have a beautiful view of the valley and the mountains towards the southwest.
The house is located 3 minutes from the bus stop, cross-country ski track, ice/curling/tennis court.
