Welcome in the Chesa Quadrella!
Central, beautiful and sunny 1,5 room apartment (38m2), first floor, centrally located, ideal for children.
The apartment has place for 2 - 3 persons. Living-/sleeping room with 2 fold-up beds, with large south located, new balcony and small side-balcony, Sat TV, internet access (Wlan) free, 2 fold-up beds, additional bed and crib on request. Kitchen with dishwasher, big fridge, oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, Nespresso machine. New bathroom with big shower + WC. Washing machine (free), tumbler, ski- and bike-storage room, ping-pong table available. Parking, garage, garden, patio. Close to bus stop, shops and cross country skiing tracks. Pets not allowed. No smoking apartment. Resident landlady lifes in the house. For Christmas/New Year we rent out the apartment only for minimum 10 days. 
INCLUSIVE: electricity, heating, kitchen and bath linen. Linen change weekly, parking. EXCLUSIVE: phone taxes, parking covered CHF 3.--/day (winter CHF 5.--/day) and garage CHF 5.--/day (winter CHF 10.--/day).
