3-room flat, which was completely renovated in 2024/2025 and equipped with high-quality materials/appliances. The flat is located on the 2nd floor of this well-kept property and has approx. 61m2 of living space. It is ideal for 2-3 adults and/or families with 2 children.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Arpi is situated at the entrance to the village of Pontresina (Muragl entrance) in a quiet and sunny location.
The village centre with numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and the swimming pool/spa can be easily reached on foot in approx. 15-20 minutes. The bus stop is just a few minutes away.
