Bright 3 1/2 room flat (80m2) convertible into 4 1/2 room flat (93m2), (additional room with 1-2 beds can also be booked by the day for an additional charge), on the 3rd floor of the former Hotel Roseg built in 1869. The flat has a spacious living-dining room with leather couch, large flat screen TV, Sonos music system, WLAN, large dining table and an open kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, ceramic cooker, large refrigerator with freezer compartment and many other appliances (raclette oven, cheese fondue set, toaster, kettle). One bathroom has a bathtub with shower, towel warmer, WC, washbasin and a washing machine with tumble dryer. The other bathroom has a shower, WC, towel warmer and washbasin. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds. The entire furnishing is new, coordinated and of high quality. The wardrobes and chests of drawers offer enough storage space. The flat also has a balcony with an unobstructed view of the Roseg Valley. A parking space in the attached underground garage is also available. The house has a locked bike and ski room. The flat is a non-smoking flat, pets are not allowed.
