The house is located in the middle of the mountain village of Dalin at 1300 metres, 3 minutes by car from the family-friendly Sarn-Lescha ski area with ski school, toboggan run and mountain restaurant. Large ski areas can be reached in 30 minutes. Approx. 10 minutes from Thusis with shopping mile and major distributors, cafés and cinema or from the post bus station within 10 metres. Snow and snowshoe hikes possible directly from the village. In the summer months many opportunities for biking, hiking, swimming and golfing.

As you can see, the Heinzenberg is in the centre of all these places and all of them can be easily reached in a day trip. The Rhaetian Railway, which has been nominated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is certainly worth mentioning. A train journey from Thusis over the Bernina Pass to Tirano (I) on the Glacier Express is an unforgettable excursion.

Village description: The village district of Dalin (Präz) is a small mountain village with approx. 40 inhabitants at 1,250 metres above sea level. The village is characterised by mountain farming. Dalin lies on the central European north-south axis and has done so for 4000 years. The Etruscans were just as enchanted by the beautiful panorama as the Romans. The French Duke Henri de Rohan fell madly in love with the Heinzenberg. The Heinzenberg is an insider tip for all tourists seeking relaxation. The Heinzenberg is particularly suitable for family holidays. Here you can still socialise with the locals if you want to. Quiet, peaceful and somewhat remote, yet with the very well-developed mountain road you can get to well-known larger areas very quickly. The village is well served by public transport, the post bus station is only ten metres from the house entrance.
