Apartment for horse and aviation enthusiasts, just a few steps from Samedan Airport.
The apartment features a spacious living room with an open kitchen. From the living room, you can access the balcony with a beautiful view towards St. Moritz and Piz Mezdi. The two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed, respectively. An additional room, which can serve as a wardrobe and storage room, is also available to guests.
The apartment is located on the upper floor of a horse stable, making it the perfect place for horse lovers. Due to its location in a stable, some odor emissions are to be expected. Around the stable, there are also free-range paddocks, and stable operations are ongoing.
The apartment is just a few meters from Samedan Airport, offering an ideal starting point for extensive walks. The cross-country ski tracks in the direction of Plaiv, Pontresina, Celerina, and St. Moritz are just a few steps away.
