Chesa Muntanella is located on the sunny southern slope of Samedan with a fantastic view of the Bernina massif.
The apartment building was designed in 2021 as a simple and compact new building and blends harmoniously into the open village structure on a beautiful slope. A solid base of natural stone forms the foundation for the wooden building.
An alpine and contemporary building culture thanks to a lot of wood and large windows played an important role in the design.
The hybrid building with a concrete core and wooden façade with the best insulation values also meets the highest sustainability standards thanks to a geothermal heat pump and an in-roof photovoltaic system.
The flats are characterised by loggias running along the entire length of the south-facing façade, which are entirely made of wood. Thanks to glass balustrades, these offer a wonderful view and let plenty of light into the flats.
The house consists of 7 flats. The 2 room flat on the ground floor impresses with its brightness and contemporary cut. It appeals to guests who value design and comfort. The designer Bulthaup kitchen is fully equipped with a steam oven, dishwasher and induction hob. The white Silestone top is easy to clean.
The cabinets and doors made of old wood enhance the homely feeling of the mountain world. The double bed measures 160x200 cm.
The flat has its own washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room, which can be used at any time.
The house has a large bicycle and ski room in the basement and a bicycle parking space in front of the house with charging facilities for electric bikes.
The car can be parked in the underground car park of the neighbouring Chesa Bellavista. You can unload your car at the front door at any time.
