Multi-family house in a sunny and quiet location in Silvaplana, just a few minutes’ walk from Lake Silvaplana and various hiking trails. The holiday apartments offer direct access to nature and are located very close to the cross-country skiing trails. The authentic village center of Silvaplana, with its diverse shopping options and inviting restaurants, as well as the bus stop with direct connections to St. Moritz, are all conveniently reachable within a few minutes on foot.
The 4.5-room holiday apartment "Residenza Engiadina" is stylishly and high-quality furnished with native Swiss pine wood. The spacious living and dining area opens onto two sunny balconies, offering a picturesque view of Lake Silvaplana and the surrounding mountains. The modern, closed kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Additionally, there is a second bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a separate guest WC. One bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, while the other offers a generous sofa bed. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for private use. One garage parking space is included.
